You can usually find me moving yet another load of wash. It is amazing how much laundry three small children create.  I am truly swimming in laundry…(and small plastic toys).

I am married (1996) to an airline pilot, and am the mother of a singleton daughter (2001) and twin sons (2004).  It is quite the life! The Pilot’s thoughts are at ancientpelican.com.

I really want to be able to talk about my children without embarrassing them today or when they learn to read. So I’ve given each of them a blog name! My oldest, a daughter is called “Violet”. She loves the movie “Incredibles” and is hoping to someday discover her own superhero powers. My second is referred to as “Herbie” because he is a true Love Bug…Today anyway. And we call the third “Bigweld”. He loves to build and un-build everything in sight!

I hope this blog brings laughter and encouragement to all who read it.
